La municipalité de chelsea annonce un investissement de 9 212 557$ pour la construction du nouveau complexe récréatif et culturel, le centre meredith, grâce à l'aide financière gouvernementale de 6 141 704$, consentie en vertu du fonds sur l'infrastructure municipale rurale (FIMR). The Municipality of Chelsea announces the investment of $9,212,557 for the construction of the new recreational and cultural centre, the Meredith Centre, made possible by $6,141,704 in government funding from the Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund (MRIF) Read the full media release. We are also incredibly grateful to the joint Federal and Quebec government Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund for this major investment in the creation of the Meredith Centre, recognizing the important contribution that it will provide to our community. Finally, we would like to thank you - our neighbours, family and friends. It has only been with the tremendous support of people like you who believed in our vision for a recreation and cultural heart for our community that this success has been realized. Thank you!
